Hey 2015!

January 8, 2015

I'm taking strides into 2015 with a big, grateful, open heart. 2014 was too good to me. Although I wish I had pushed myself to write more blog posts, take more Instax photos, and get more cups of coffee with the people I love most- I truly am content. 2014 was a great year, and towards the end it became pretty busy.

Finals week was crazy and I had a short amount of time to deliver Christmas presents and as soon as I knew it I was on my way to D.C. to visit Rick (my dad) with my brother. We spent four days in Herndon, Virginia/ D.C. and spent a lot of time shopping, dining out, and meeting Rick's friends. I've realized that I'm not very good at the whole "Photo Diary" thing, so I apologize for the lack of photos. Luckily I am currently in Pittsburgh so I'll try to improve! I'm also back on the underrated barista grind a couple days a week alongside that. You can find me in Lacoste polos muttering curse words and hiding behind an espresso machine.

My parents spoiled me rotten for Christmas. Amongst many lovely things I got a Michael Kors canvas bag (I gave in, ok? I need a big purse!), gnarly Chelsea boots, and we switched cell phone carriers so I got the iPhone 6 which has killer battery life I might add!

Anyways hope y'all had a lovely holidays and had some time to relax with your family and eat lots of yummy sweets! I have some exciting stuff to share with JMC in 2015 ;) ! Cheers!
