Last spring, when the Victoria Beckham for Target collection dropped, I wanted this Blue Stripe Poplin Gathered Waist Dress, but I wasn't sure. I had never owned a piece of clothing with this unique type of sleeve, and I had already ordered two pieces from the collection, going on three.
