Hi friends, I can't believe its OCTOBER. I have gone back and forth on writing this review for what seems like so long now. I started writing Sephora Play reviews three years ago when I got my first box. I remember it like Christmas morning but in September. Back then there weren't huge websites dedicated to reviewing just subscription boxes and IG story unboxings were non-existent. Now three years later I am somewhat lost as what to do/where to go with these boxes in my content. Reviewing Sephora Play boxes was one of the huge chunks of my beauty content. Now I am working with more brands and making more original content, but those posts come in waves. Truthfully it has never been easy to keep up with boxes month to month and take pictures of all the products.

Hi friends! Another month another Sephora Play box! To be honest I didn't have any idea what was going to be in this Sephora Play box until I received it. This past month's theme was called, "Festival of Beauty" it catered towards the festival season spirit but giving the options of staying in and glamping as well! I actually didn't end up writing one on January's box because Sephora Play has been getting on my nerves. Hello beautiful people! This past month's Sephora Play box was all about self-care before the holiday season. Well the holiday season came and went, but for me self-care is a daily/weekly thing. From lighting a candle, to buying a coffee, to making time to read 7 pages of a novel a night. I really did appreciate this month's Play Book with a section called, "In Defense of Staying in," with tips on the how to have a perfect night staying in. Nevertheless, this month's products were a good mix of hair, beauty, skincare, and fragrance. Fragrance is usually is my most missed item but it was a hit this month. Keep reading to hear this month's musings.
